The studio
We design the house,
not the surface
Vale & Stone works on whole homes. Plans, joinery, stone, lighting and furniture are drawn by one studio, so the rooms agree with each other. We keep the palette narrow and the detailing exact.
Most projects run twelve to twenty-four months. We take a small number each year and stay on site until the house is lived in.

Plan revisions, openings, ceilings and light. We work alongside your architect or bring ours.

Millwork and stone
Kitchens, baths, wardrobes and libraries drawn to the millimetre and detailed with our makers.

Furnishing and styling
Custom pieces, vintage sourcing and textiles, installed in one day at the end of the build.
